Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Perform data entry and maintain accurate lead records - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Transcribe documents and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Please note that this is a general admin position and not specific to medical receptionist or personal assistant roles.
