Set up a working relationship with all consignment stores with pricing, billing, credit cards and any issues with tank readings / monitors.
Each morning billing customers for sales of consignment fuels from the previous day Record credit card payments received for fuel purchases Draft balance due for consignment fuel sales Daily review of consignment store pricing, contacting the store if the price is not correct Track annual license renewals for all stations.
Sales Tax, Business License, Liquor License etc.
Weekly review of all consignment stores viewing trends and reporting and working issues with the team to resolve to make sure all stores are selling at optimal pricing and that we are recording all gallons.
Basic filing for your stations.
Keeping track and copies of all licenses and corporate documents by station.
Maintaining spreadsheets for data tracking Other duties as requested.
Monthly Commission reconciliation for all consignment stores based upon individual contracts Going thru a check list for entry and verification of information Reviewing & researching any sales, costs and expenses that are out of trend working with other teams to either ID or correct transactions.
Reviewing financials with team lead
