In this role, you will work at the front desk of our medical office and assist our patients and other visitors.
Your primary job duties will include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient co-pays, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments.
You will also help keep our records and work areas clean and organized, as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities Greet patients Register patients according to established protocols Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy Maintain and manage patient records Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries Transfer calls as required Schedule patient appointments Collect co-pays and payments Maintain stock of forms and office supplies Job Types:
